TOTALLY-TANDEMS is owned by long term business partners and cycling enthusiasts Chris and Matt. Chris and Matt are co-owners of a well known and successful commercial property advertising company and it was during one of their board meetings that the subject moved on to cycling (regular occurrence) and Matt's frustration of not being able to rent a good quality, fully equipped tandem to try a weekend trip with his wife.
In true entrepreneurial fashion and with little further thought Chris and Matt bought and fully equipped a Thorn tandem with Ortlieb Panniers and full camping kit and the Totally-Tandems tandem hire business was born. From small beginnings the Totally-Tandems fleet of touring tandems has grown in response to the demand from our customers.
Chris, Matt and the team get immense satisfaction from the enjoyment tandem riding and touring brings to the lives of their customers.
