Our tandems are more than suitable for epic journeys such as Lands End to John O'Groats or any other long distance challenge. totally-tandems ethos is to provide high quality tandem bicycle hire to customers that appreciate quality and engineering - we do not offer 'cheap tandems' for hire as they cannot meet the demands placed upon them when loaded for touring and in some cases can be dangerous (inadequate braking, wheel failures, frame failures etc)

If you are looking to try riding a tandem bicycle for the first time why not hire one of our beautifully refurbished 1930's day hire tandems. We can even meet you at one of the entrances to Windsor Great Park where you can enjoy a completely traffic free environment while you learn to ride in tandem! Day hire tandems are not suitable for Tandem Touring due to their restricted gearing and low luggage carrying capacity but are ideally for leisurely rides with minimal luggage.
